A photograph I like

I'm a follower of adventure. I love to know what people does in my interest areas. In instagram I follow some people or pages of rock climbing, landscapes, travel, among others.

This pic, titled ''Lost in a cloud, with the feets on the skies which slides everywhere'', was taken by Carlos Hevia a Chilean mountaineer and photographer on february, 2017 on the expedition to Southern Patagonian Ice Field by Vida Glaciar. It portraits Erick Vasquez, member of the expedition, searching the way between the maze of cracks of the ice inside the clouds.

 I like this photograph because shows the lonely life that they have to live inside the glacier, in a month they are the unique group of people on the ice, they said ''When we was inside the storm, we thought there are more peope because we saw sleigh prints and we tried to find them, but was our prints. We were walking around circles''; and how it seems when someone is inside the clouds or white wind, it's nothing more than few meters around him.

Vida Glaciar born like a project fom 6 members of the University of Chile Mountain Club in 2015 whith the desire of share the importance of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field, since the experience of live there, and make awareness to protect them.
